Merchandise, Ticket or Festival pass sales are non-refundable.
If the fest is cancelled in its entirety, we will issue full refunds for passes only. We do not issue refunds for cancelled headliners, or other acts. We do not issue refunds for flight cancellations, changed travel plans or illness.
We will not issue credits or exchanges unless products are defective. We are not responsible for damage incurred during transport. Unless the items were packaged incorrectly or in a way that would cause damage (IE a folder poster). In which case, we will send you a replacement item.
All requests for ticket or pass refunds will be ignored.
